- Eat during mealtime – Snacking gives bacteria in your mouth more ammunition to use on your tooth enamel.
- Eat milk or cheese – Foods high in calcium will help promote strong tooth enamel.
- Maintain good oral hygiene – Brush twice a day, floss once, and rinse with fluoride-infused mouthwash to ensure healthy teeth and gums.
- Rinse with water or chew sugarless gum – Doing this after meals will help neutralize acid erosion.
- Use fluoride in your oral healthcare regiment – Toothpastes and mouthwashes infused with fluoride help support the enamel of your teeth.
